WHO WE ARE

Our Mission

At New Growth Academy in Casa Grande, Arizona, we are a trauma-informed K–12 microschool dedicated to supporting students with special needs through personalized, hands-on learning. Our mission is to empower every learner by combining individualized education plans (IEPs) with a strong emphasis on social-emotional growth and adaptive instruction.

We provide a nurturing environment where small class sizes—8 students or fewer—allow for focused attention, emotional safety, and flexible learning. Here, students have the space to connect, regulate, and learn at their own pace, building both confidence and academic skills. At New Growth Academy, every child’s growth is our priority.
